Frequently Asked Questions

Are the leggings squat-proof?

Yes — our fabrics are fully opaque and tested through every squat, stretch, and pose. No see-through moments, guaranteed.

What size should I choose?

Our pieces are true to size. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a softer fit or down for more compression. Check the Size Guide above for exact measurements.

How do I care for my Fitdose pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Skip the fabric softener and tumble dryer — lay flat or hang to dry to keep the fabric soft and stretchy for longer.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped with tracking — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery usually takes a few working days depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any item, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
